These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AstroSanjivani website at astrosanjivani.co.in and all related services provided by AstroSanjivani ("we", "us", "our").

By using our website or services in any capacity — including browsing, submitting your birth details, booking a session, or communicating via WhatsApp or email — you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing services under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.
• You have also read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

Our Services

AstroSanjivani offers the following services, subject to availability and pricing at the time of booking:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. Prices may change; the price at the time of your confirmed booking will apply to your order.

Nature of Astrology & Disclaimer

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Astrological readings and consultations are based on the interpretation of planetary positions and are inherently subjective in nature.
• All guidance offered is meant to assist your personal reflection and decision-making — final decisions remain entirely your own responsibility.
• No astrologer, including at AstroSanjivani, can guarantee specific outcomes, future events, or results.
• You will not make critical life decisions (medical treatments, legal matters, major financial investments) solely on the basis of an astrological consultation without also consulting qualified professionals in those fields.
• AstroSanjivani is not liable for any actions you take or refrain from taking based on our guidance.

Our team provides guidance with genuine care and expertise. However, astrology should be used as a complementary tool, not a replacement for professional advice.

Booking & Payments

Booking Process

• All consultations are booked via WhatsApp or our contact form. A booking is confirmed only after you receive explicit confirmation from us.
• You must provide accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth) for Kundli-based services. Incorrect details may affect the quality of your reading; we are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
• Session slots are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment

• Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking, unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment confirmation serves as your booking receipt. Please keep it for your records.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations by You

• More than 24 hours before your session: Full refund or free reschedule.
• Within 24 hours of your session: No refund, but a one-time reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
• No-show (no contact): No refund and no reschedule.

Cancellations by AstroSanjivani

• If we must cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority reschedule — whichever you prefer.

Kundli & Written Reports

• Once a Kundli or written report has been delivered (via email or WhatsApp), it is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
• If you have not received your report within the stated delivery window (24–48 hours), please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at hello@astrosanjivani.co.in or via WhatsApp with your booking details.

User Responsibilities

When using AstroSanjivani's services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information — including your name, contact details, and birth data.
• Treat our astrologer with respect during consultations. We reserve the right to end a session without refund if conduct is abusive or inappropriate.
• Use our services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not record, screenshot, or distribute session content without our written consent.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our reports, methodologies, or website content.
• Keep your booking confirmation, payment details, and any personal access links confidential.

Intellectual Property

All content on the AstroSanjivani website — including text, articles, blog posts, Kundli interpretations, graphics, logos, and the overall website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of AstroSanjivani.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or resell any content from our website or reports without prior written permission.
• You may share a direct link to our website or pages for personal, non-commercial sharing.
• Reports and Kundli analyses generated for you are for your personal use only and may not be shared commercially or presented as your own original work.

Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action. To request permission for use, contact hello@astrosanjivani.co.in.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroSanjivani and its team shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — our services.
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on astrological readings or guidance provided.
• Loss of data, business, profits, or opportunities resulting from technical issues, service interruptions, or errors in information provided by the user.
• Any inaccuracies in the reading caused by incorrect birth data or information submitted by the user.

In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access to our services:

• Impersonating another person when submitting birth details for a reading.
• Using our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or other users' information.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of our team.
• Scraping, data-mining, or automated collection of content from our website.
• Attempting to resell or commercially distribute our reports or services without authorization.
• Posting false reviews or misleading information about our services.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We encourage you to first contact us directly to resolve any issue — most concerns can be resolved amicably and promptly through direct communication.

• Disputes should first be raised via email at hello@astrosanjivani.co.in.
• We will acknowledge and respond within 5 business days.
• If unresolved, either party may seek formal legal recourse under Indian law.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
• For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent website notice.
• Continued use of our services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance.
